+FOB FACTORY
A brand based in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, one of Japan's leading production bases, specializing in workwear, military, and denim inspired by vintage clothing. They manage all processes in Japan and aim to create clothes that buyers will appreciate three years after purchase.
Japan's Oldest "Phantom Power Loom"
This power loom can weave the warp thread at extremely low tension, hence it's called the "phantom power loom." It is the oldest operating loom in Japan, with only a few units remaining. Due to the need for precise adjustments by experienced craftsmen over the years, even operating it today is challenging.
This 14oz denim, produced using the G3 loom, exhibits a unique "uneven texture" and "rough feel" on the surface, resembling vintage denim so closely that it can be mistaken for one. Despite its substantial weight, the denim is finished with a softness akin to hand-weaving, providing a rugged yet warm wearing experience.
A Finish that Enthusiasts Approve
The front features a zipper for easy wearing, using FOB's familiar robust brass "Universal Zipper" made in the USA. It includes "steel buttons" and "hidden rivets" with a leather patch, satisfying even denim enthusiasts.
Forms an Ideal Tapered Line with SLIM FIT
The rise is slightly deep-set, offering a comfortable fit around the waist. It provides ample room in the thigh area while narrowing down towards the knees, creating a sleek line down to the hem.
With a slightly slim silhouette, it pairs well from sneakers to boots, making it versatile for various styles.
